FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (Nov. 2, 2026)—Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm based, today announced that James Elia has joined the company as vice president of revenue.

Elia will lead efforts to grow revenue across Farbman Group’s family of companies, including property management, NAI Farbman brokerage, Huntington Construction, Huntington Maintenance, the Apex trade companies and ClimateGuard Pro.

“Everything we’ve built at Farbman Group comes back to our people,” said Andy Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “When you have the chance to bring someone like James onto the team, someone with energy, a proven track record and a genuine passion for serving clients, you take it. James makes our team stronger and raises the bar for all of us. I’m excited about what we’re going to build together.”

“Farbman Group has something rare: one team that can serve a client at every stage of a property’s life, from leasing and management to construction and maintenance,” said Elia. “I’m proud to join a company with such deep Detroit roots and a real commitment to its people and clients. I can’t wait to help bring that full platform to more owners and investors across the Midwest.”

In his new role, Elia will focus on expanding client relationships, connecting customers with the full range of Farbman Group services and building a disciplined, team-wide approach to business development across the nine states where the company operates.
