Erebus Gives & Mosaic Youth Theatre Reciprocates
Erebus donated portion of opening night tix sales. Mosaic announces 50% off discount to Frankenstein this weekend in honor of Erebus.

Edward Terebus, co-owner of world-renowned Erebus Haunted Attraction took a break from haunt season terror and mayhem to deliver some thrills to Detroit-based critically acclaimed Mosaic Youth Theatre in the form of a donation check. Erebus earmarked $4 of every ticket sold on its opening night, September 21, to donate to Mosaic Youth Theatre. In the spirit of Halloween treats, Mosaic is honoring Erebus’ generosity by offering 50% off tickets to the youth theatre’s perfomances this weekend of Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein.
Terebus, during his visit to Mosaic for the check presentation met with student actors, had a tour of the Mosaic facility and spent time speaking with the students and conducting a brief question and answer session.
“For 19 seasons, Erebus has looked for ways to partner with the community and give back. Several years ago, Erebus established Don’t Be a Monster, our anti-bullying charity that to date has visited over 20,000 Metro Detroit students schools throughout our community to teach kids not to be monsters (bullies) to one another. This year, for opening day, we chose to support the wonderful work that Mosaic Youth Theatre does to spark the talent and creativity of Metro Detroit Youth into acclaimed theatre productions. During my visit to present our check, I was inspired by the talent, creativity, dedication and drive of the student actors I met. It is exciting to see the positive impact Mosaic has on the lives its program participants,” stated Erebus co-owner, Ed Terebus.
