Farbman Group Advances Expertise, Promotes Three Employees

Jonathon Margolis, Christina DiBartolomeo and Joe Carter have elevated to new positions

Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today the promotion of the following employees. Jonathon Margolis has been promoted to senior vice president of asset management, Christina DiBartolomeo to vice president of brokerage, and Joe Carter to asset manager. Farbman Group CEO Andrew V. Farbman made the announcement.

“I’ve watched these three outstanding employees grow and become experts in their fields over the years, some for more than a decade,” said Farbman. "They’re extremely hard working and dedicated to excellence, and it shows in every aspect of the work they deliver for our company and clients. I can't wait to see all of the great things they will accomplish in their elevated roles."

Margolis has been working at Farbman Group for 10 years, previously serving as the vice president of finance. In his new role as senior vice president of asset management, he is responsible for monitoring the asset management of Farbman’s real estate portfolio, working closely with owners, partners, lenders and property managers to ensure the assets achieve maximum value. His experience and accumulated knowledge will help provide clients with world-class service, while maximizing the value of their real estate assets.

DiBartolomeo has been with the company for just over 20 years, previously serving as vice president of asset management. In her new role as vice president of brokerage, DiBartolomeo is responsible for the leasing of New Center One in Detroit along with managing other Landlord and Tenant relationships, which includes driving new tenants to the building and renewing existing tenants. Her expertise at Farbman Group will also help existing clients grow and thrive in the Detroit market through programs that promote education, collaboration and networking.

Carter has worked for Farbman Group as a property manager. In his new role as asset manager, Carter is responsible for managing finances, making investment recommendations, and helping to maximize the value of properties across the Farbman Group property portfolio.
