Farbman Group Launches Bingham Connect Interactive Office Space
Partnership with Soul Studio creates inspiring mural from local special needs adult
Farbman Group, a Midwest full-service commercial real estate company, announced today it has finished renovations on Bingham Connect, an interactive amenity space, within the Farbman owned and managed Bingham Office Center.
“Our team is listening and responding to how tenants want to return to work in a post-COVID environment,” said Andy V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “Bingham Connect provides a large common space to encourage connectivity, creativity, and mental clarity for our tenants and guests.”
Bingham Connect was transformed from a cafeteria into a 3,000-square-foot interactive amenity room that consists of several breakout areas, table games, brand new furniture and design fixtures, and more.

The firm partnered with West Bloomfield-based Soul Studio, an art program and gallery by Friendship Circle, that provides adults 18+ with special needs a safe space to create and connect through art. Farbman Group commissioned a mural, “Sunflowers” by local artist Megan Donely, to brighten up the new Bingham Connect space with color and joy.
“Cultivating a loving and inclusive environment that encourages artistic expression, vocational training, and employment opportunities to adults with special needs is our mission,” said Caitlin Cartwright, community partnership coordinator at Soul Studio. “Working with partners such as Farbman Group allows artists like Megan the opportunity to share their art with a wide audience and feel connected to our local community. We are proud of her work on display in Bingham Connect.”

The mural is one of two commissioned by Farbman Group this year from Soul Studio. The second mural is underway at a similar up-and-coming office amenity space at the firm’s 100 N. La Salle building in downtown Chicago.
