Farbman Group Promotes Michael Kalil to Chief Revenue Officer

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (March 18, 2024)—Farbman Group, a Midwest full-service commercial real estate company, announced today the promotion of Michael Kalil to the position of Chief Revenue Officer in addition to his current Chief Operating Officer position.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Farbman Group, Kalil will focus on driving business development for the firm’s receivership and distressed asset repositioning services, as well as brokerage, construction management opportunities coming from third party investors, and much more.

Kalil has decades of experience as a court-appointed receiver and has successfully served as an asset manager of distressed assets for regional banks, life insurance companies, and special servicers across the country. He is especially skilled in receivership, asset management, brokerage, property management, development, and client and tenant relations.

Kalil is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association, and an inductee in Midwest Real Estate News’ Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
