Farbman Group Welcomes Three New Hires Across Family of Companies
Jaclyn Gassman, Michael Newman and Sam Jones join the commercial real estate firm
Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, reported today that three new employees will join the family of companies. Farbman Group CEO, Andrew V. Farbman, made the announcement.
“We are ecstatic to welcome three new team members to our growing commercial real estate family of companies,” said Farbman. “During a time of elevated growth and expansion, each new employee will continue to advance their departments with their wealth of skills and experience. I am eager to see what they accomplish at the firm.”
Farbman Group welcomes Jaclyn Gassman as a senior property manager, with more than 15 years in the commercial real estate industry. Gassman previously oversaw and managed over 900,000 square feet of commercial space to assist the facility and leasing of clients in numerous industries. She obtained a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University, and holds a real estate license in the State of Michigan.

Sam Jones was hired as a maintenance technician for Farbman Group’s sister company, Huntington Maintenance. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in the maintenance and customer service industry. His extensive background consists of experience in various fields like hospitality and senior living.
Michael Newman was also hired as a maintenance technician for Huntington Maintenance. He comes to the firm with over a decade of experience in building maintenance and service.
