When an officer asked the girls why they ran away from home, one of the girls told police, "don't worry about it," body cam video showed.

DETROIT — A 30-year-old Highland Park man was arrested Monday after he was found in a hotel with twin 14-year-old girls, who were missing from their Detroit home for a month, according to police.

Marcus Peoples was charged with fraud, using a stolen credit card, and harboring missing juveniles, according to police. He was placed in jail with a bond set at $150,000.

The twin sisters, Anieca Ogden and Aniya Ogden, left their home on March 8 without permission, before they were found at the Comfort Inn just off Interstate 94 in Allen Park, according to police.

"I know who you guys are, I know who is looking for you and we will have to solve this tonight," the officer says.

When the officer asked the girls why they ran away from home, one of the girls told police, "don't worry about it, it. That's none of your business."

The sisters later told police that they did not know Peoples, and that he only bought the room for them so they had somewhere to stay.

The girl's father also told Fox 2 Detroit the incident wasn't the first time the girls ran away from home.

Police said the girls were safely returned home.
