Samsung and WeWork Detroit Hold Panel Discussion January 29
Panel discussion to feature unique perspectives from national business leaders from WeWork, Casper and Contagious

BEVERLY HILLS, MICH., Jan. 18, 2017—A collaboration between Samsung and WeWork aims to explore the relationship between self-promotion and public perception—and their net effect on business growth and ideation through a panel discussion among some of the nation’s top creative business leaders.
Set for 5-8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, at WeWork Merchant's Row, the discussion will feature Federico Negro, head of design at WeWork, Eleanor Morgan, chief experience officer at Casper, and Arif Haq, senior strategist and head of creative capabilities at Contagious. The discussion will be moderated by Mick McConnell, vice president of design at Samsung Electronics America.
The panelists will explore the value of thought, theory, prototyping and building in an effort to identify and understand what elements of the creative process are most important and why.
“It is exciting to host valuable and thought-provoking experiences through our partnership with Samsung,” said Kyle Steiner, Community Director of WeWork Detroit. “Our goal is to provide an inspirational setting for people to work, collaborate and create. The Samsung X WeWork panel discussion will push attendees to think critically about creation and consider new perspectives from some of our nation's most creative professionals, which in turn may spur fresh ideas in their own work.”
The panel discussion program is an extension of a national partnership announced in late 2017 between WeWork and Samsung. Samsung showrooms are now located in select WeWork locations, providing WeWork space and resources such as video conferencing, workstations and more to Samsung customers and members of the public waiting on service. Detroit is home to one of only three such pilot programs around the country.
The panel discussion is free and open to the public. For more information or to RSVP for the event, visit we.co/samsungandwework.
