Two DCDS Seniors make official college athletic commitments
Student athletes announce intentions on National Signing Day

Detroit Country Day School (DCDS) announced two senior student athletes signed their college commitments to play baseball and football at Florida A&M University and Dartmouth College respectively. DCDS Executive Director of Athletics Dan MacLean made the announcement.
"DCDS is committed to developing well-rounded student athletes who achieve great things in the classroom, in the community and on the playing field," said MacLean. "John and Isaiah are taking the next step in their lives, where they will have exciting new opportunities to grow academically, athletically and personally. We believe they are ready for their new challenges after all they have learned and experienced as DCDS student athletes."

- Isaiah Johnson, Dartmouth College, football
Athletics is an integral part of DCDS's total educational experience. By offering a broad range of athletic activities for both male and female students, from mountain biking and sailing to basketball and lacrosse, the athletic program is dedicated to building healthy lifestyles and the development of a well-rounded student athlete.
