Draft language is available at City Offices and online, and written comments are due by 5 p.m. on September 21.

• Having recently been unfortunate enough to attempt to navigate the construction quagmire that is downtown Ann Arbor, I am forced to conclude that it is the city's intention for me to be detoured to Ohio to get to Meijer.
