Every year, the competition students at Dancer’s Edge have a holiday gift exchange. However this year, they have decided that instead of an internal gift exchange they're going to open it up to the members of our community. Dancer's Edge has teamed with Toys For Tots, a non-profit organization that provides toys for underprivileged children in our county. Dancer's Edge will be collecting toys for all ages from now until December 14th at their location on 3045 Broad St. All toys that are collected will be distributed to deserving children in Washtenaw County. In addition if you would like to make a monetary donation, you may write a check to Toys For Tots and simply include “milant” in the memo to keep the proceeds in Washtenaw County. For every toy that you donate, you will receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a wide range of prizes that are generously being donated from local businesses. This raffle will take place on December 15th. On December 15th at 2pm the competition teams will be having their annual holiday show at Copeland. This is a showcase of the dances they will be competing in the coming year. Please contact the studio if you would be interested in seeing what the girls are working on this year.
