Dreadnaughts Defeat Ann Arbor in District Playoff Game
Dexter nets 44-41 win over River Rats during semifinal match-up on Wednesday.
The Dexter Lady Dreadnaughts defeated the Ann Arbor Huron River Rats on Wednesday, 44-41 in district semifinals play.
Dexter came out strong in the first and second quarters, leading Huron 19-11 at the end of the first quarter and 30-20 at half-time.
The Dreadnaughts had nine players breaking into the scoring column. Serena Bidwell led Dexter with 10 points, Zaryn Jennings had nine, Riley McDonald had six, and Sarah Moir, Olivia Cares, and Olivia Vollmers each had four points. Polly Washabaugh scored three points for Dexter and Emma Kill and Nyki Caldwell each posted two points.
