The Dexter Community Band holds its 30th Annual Halloween Concert this Sunday at the Performing Arts Center. The event features Detroit Symphony Orchestra soloist Jeffrey Zook performing on the piccolo/flute. Costumes are welcome, and treats will be handed out to children after the show.
