Catch Escanaba in da Moonlight at the Purple Rose Theatre. It's the story of the Soady clan, and Reuben in particular, who's trying to bag his first deer and break his reputation as the "buckless yooper." Zany hijinks and crazy locals stumble across his path to break the curse.
Evening shows are at 8 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday; matinees are at 3 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays and at 2 p.m. Sundays.
Ticket prices are $25 Wednesdays and Thursdays; $35 Fridays, and Saturday and Sunday matinees; and $40 Saturday evenings. Show runs through Dec. 31. No performance will be held on Thanksgiving.
