
PILATES MIXED LEVEL MATWORK
A total body workout with exercise progressions to accommodate various levels of strength, flexibility, and mobility. We'll reinforce the basic principles and add in exercises that require more coordination and increased pace as everyone becomes more familiar with the repertoire. We'll continue to strengthen and tone muscles of the torso, arms, and legs. Notice improved body awareness, posture, and sculpted muscles. Suitable for novice to advanced clients.
