"Halloween is a Hoot" at The Creature Conservancy!

Saturday, October 18th, 2014 1pm - 5pm Sunday, October 19th, 2014 1pm - 5pm

Halloween fun and science come together at this family fun event!

Join us for an afternoon of pumpkin carving and decorating, and other Halloween fun! Bring your own pumpkin or purchase one here, then choose your decoration station and make yourself a cool jack o’ lantern! Kids and parents alike will have fun with a straw maze, bounce house, animal visits, mad scientist demos, and more!

Our animals will have their trick-or-treat bags ready: we suggest a donation of dry or canned dog or cat food for the animals! (We are very grateful to Whole Foods for donations of surplus fruit/veg every week, so our biggest shortfall of readily available animal feed is simply cat and dog food. For other suggestions, please see our Wishlist online.) We and the animals thank you!

These events will be held in our big building at 4950 Ann Arbor-Saline Road. You may park in the main parking lot and walk out back to the big building, or drive out past our Education Center (the farmhouse-looking building) and turn into the unpaved lot between the hay barn and our big building.

Cider and doughnuts will be served. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
