Mill Creek Middle School Cross-Country Teams Compete at Portage Invitational

runners from Dexter finished strong Saturday during the Portage Lake Invitational in Portage. The middle school boys took 12th out of 43 teams, while the girls took third out of 43 teams.

"The boys and girls did an awesome job considering the weather conditions," coach Bob Jazwinski said. "The girls actually tied Saline for second place but then lost on a tie-breaker."
