University of Michigan Museum of Natural History Presents: Predators and Prey: The Eternal Struggle

Workshop 2:  Meals with Megafauna:  Sabertooth cats, wolves, mastodons and man.  The giant mammals of the
ice age not only had to worry about the climate but there was a contender of
apex predator status – humans.  We will
examine the rise and fall of the megafauna and human’s emerging role as apex predator. 
Ages 6 and up,
registration is required, call 734-426-4477 to register.  Previous
workshop attendance is not necessary.
