Shadi M. Fahs, D.O., a board-certified general surgeon, has joined the medical staff at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills. He has joined the Kawar Surgical Center and sees patients the center's two offices: 357 Inkster Rd. in Inkster, (313) 278-0600; and 6200 Chase Rd. in Dearborn, (313) 278-0600.
Dr. Fahs' special interests include laparoscopy and minimally invasive surgery, hernia surgery, breast surgery, abdominal/gastrointestinal tract surgery, and upper/lower endoscopy.
Following his magna cum laude graduation from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Fahs performed his general surgery residency at Botsford, where he held the position of chief resident.
