Botsford family medicine physician leads Walk with a Doc on November 20

Botsford Hospital welcomes you to the final Walk with a Doc of the 2014 season. It’s a FREE community walk led by a health caregiver, emphasizing exercise and providing health tips---on Thursday, Nov. 20, noon to 1 p.m. Dr. Ron Kuzdak, board-certified in family medicine, will talk about fitness to help you live a long life. Fitness is Dr. Kuzdak’s passion.

WWADs are held at the Heritage Park Nature Center in Farmington Hills. The park is on the west side of Farmington Road, between 10 and 11 Mile Roads. Look for the 2015 WWAD season to swing into action again in March. WWADs are scheduled for noon on the third Thursday of every month through November 2015. Walks held rain or shine.
