Boy, 10, Dies After Falling Into Lake At Camp Dearborn: Police
A 10-year-old boy died Wednesday after police said he fell from a floating play structure in a lake at Camp Dearborn in Milford Township.

MILFORD TOWNSHIP, MI — A 10-year-old boy died Wednesday after police said he fell from a floating play structure in a lake at Camp Dearborn.
Michigan State Police said they found the boy unconscious around 6 p.m. in the beach area of Camp Dearborn, which is located in Milford Township.
The boy was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died, officials said.

Witnesses told police the boy was playing on a floating structure in the middle of the main lake when he fell into the water, officials said.
An autopsy was scheduled for Thursday, but police believe the incident was a tragic accident.
