Scholarships, grants and loans adminstered or supported by The American Legion

The American Legion publishes a comprehensive roundup of educational opportunities - including state and federal education benefits for veterans and theirΒ children and grandchildren - in a booklet titled "Need a Lift?"

NearlyΒ 30,000 copies are distributed to educational institutions each year.

I am writing this article to help Veterans and their Families stay informed of the benefits available to them through the American Legion, and to inform and inspire the civilian community.
