If you’re suddenly using flushable wipes, don’t put them in your toilet. Even if they are marketed as “flushable,” these wipes can cause severe clogs in our sewer system.
With a shortage of toilet paper, many households are increasing their use of "flushable" wipes, or flushing paper towels and socks down the toilet. This can lead to sewer backups and in-home plumbing issues.
