Comprehensive childbirth classes in August

This class series will prepare you and your partner for the birth of your child. The four-part class is designed to help you both become an informed participant in the birthing experience. Participants will learn the stages of labor, relaxation and breathing methods, strategies for managing discomfort, the partner’s role in labor in delivery, C-section deliveries, medications, anesthesia and more.
