βWe need to be sensitive to what is going on in our town,β Rock said. βWe are working to partner with our businesses, help our businesses expand and help them to begin the kinds of initiatives that they otherwise cannot afford to launch. We would like to share DDA resources with the community to strengthen partnerships with businesses that are struggling or those that have ideas they are unable to act upon.βΒ
