Dry Basement Expo

It’s a fact…foundations and basements in Michigan are often home to seepage problems.  The unwanted water causes damage to personal property, weakening of the home structure, and growth of mold and mildew.  All of these issues add up to an unsafe environment and loss of property value.

Residents in Michigan are experiencing one the snowiest and coldest winters in history.  When Spring finally arrives, the effects of the heavy snowfall and extreme temperature changes on foundations will become evident.  A free Dry Basement Expo will be home to many of the experts that can give advice and provide solutions to the problems that arise.  More often than not, solutions to wet basement and water seepage problems are best handled with common sense approaches to exterior maintenance and design.
