Join the Friends of the I-275 Metro Trail for fall trail cleanup on Saturday, September 24th from 9 a.m. until noon. We'll be clearing out overgrown vegetation on the Farmington Hills section of trail north of 8 Mile. Some tools will be provided, but if you have them bring hand tools to cut back the brush, metal leaf rakes and sickles. Wheelbarrows or tarps would be a big help. Don't forget work gloves, long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. We'll meet in the Meijer parking lot on the southwest corner of 8 Mile and Haggerty.
