The Culinary Institute at O.C.C. invites you to celebrate Mardi Gras with a special evening in the J-Building. There will be special wines paired with delicious food, a signature cocktail, beads will be thrown, and live jazzy music.
This culinary event will help fund the Michigan Culinary Olympic Team that will travel to Erfurt, Germany in 2012. These chefs will prepare this evenings food!
