Strength Training Class for Adults 50 or Better

Instructor Vanessa Tommack is offering a strength training class at the Costick Center for adults aged 50 or better.  If you have hand weights and resistance bands you should bring them.  The class is designed to increase lean body mass, tone muscles, and help build bone density.

Note: No class on Feb. 10, March 16 and April 6.
