Yoga Shelter of West Bloomfield, is proud to be a partner in the local screening of FRESH, a new documentary film by Ana Sofia Joanes. FRESH celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system.
Following the screening Yoga Shelter will host an opportunity to visit with local food vendors, sample their products and participate in a question and answer discussion with local growers, nutritionists, homeopathic doctors, and chefs to talk about the benefits of buying locally grown products.
Eric Paskel, also a student of Swamiji, opened the first Yoga Shelter in 2004 in West Bloomfield to provide yoga for the masses. Yoga Shelter offers classes, workshops, trainings and retreats, with a focus on community and living one’s best life.
