Farmington Hill's 20-Foot Candle Symbol of Unity
The candle, along with lights on the City Hall campus, will be illuminated at 23rd Annual Holiday Lights Ceremony.

Farmington Hills kicks of the holidays with the 23rd Annual Holiday Lights Ceremony to be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, outside the fire station headquarters area on the Farmington Hills City Hall campus, located on the southwest corner of Orchard Lake Road and Eleven Mile Road.
Trees at City Hall will be illuminated along with a 20-foot tall candle.

“The lights and candle represent our commitment to peace and unity here in Farmington Hills,” Mayor Ken Massey said in a statement. “We look forward to seeing families come out for this traditional holiday event.”
The Encore Choir from East Middle School will perform at the event. After the ceremony, refreshments will be served inside fire headquarters, where there will be a special visit from Santa.
