Farmington Hosts Household Hazardous Waste Day Saturday

Household Hazardous Waste Day Saturday, July 18th

RRRASOC will be holding a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Day this Saturday, July 18th. The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Wixom Department of Public Works located at 2041 Charms Road.

Please remain in your vehicle at all times during the event to comply with safety and health protocols.

KITCHEN/BATHROOM

• Bleach
• Drain Cleaners
• Mercury Thermometers
• Aerosol cans
• Expired prescription medications and over-the-counter medications
• Metal polish with solvent

GARAGE

• Used Oil
• Brake, transmission fluids
• Gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil
• Car batteries and battery acid
• Antifreeze

ELECTRONIC WASTE

• CPUs
• Monitors
• Printers
• Keyboards
