Public meeting scheduled for upcoming Bel-Aire sewer construction
A public meeting for the Bel-Aire Sewer Lining Construction is scheduled for Thursday, April 28 at 6 p.m. via Zoom.
Cleaning and televising various parts of the sanitary sewer system within the Bel-Aire Subdivision is scheduled to begin Monday, May 4, weather permitting. The affected sewer for this work is along the following streets: Leelane (between Orchard Lake and Lamar), Folkstone,
Beacon, Marblehead (between Colchester and Beacon), Lamar, and Colchester. Additionally, the sewer between Valley View Circle and Riverview Court will be cleaned and televised as well.
There are minimal inconveniences, if any, to residents and two-way access will be maintained along all roads. Due to the potential for the cleaning equipment to produce higher pressures, we advise residents to keep their toilet lids shut so that water does not “blow” up from the toilet.
In accordance with the CDC Guidelines on COVID-19, OHM Advisors and the City will hold a virtual public meeting on Thursday, April 30 at 6 pm via Zoom meetings. Please use the following information to access the meeting:
