Harvest Moon Volunteers Invited to Pep Rally for Downtown Farmington Event
The annual celebration needs many volunteers to help with a beer and wine tasting, Farm to Table dinner and more.

Interested in volunteering for downtown Farmington's Harvest Moon celebration, held the last weekend in September?
The is hosting a pep rally for event volunteers at on Sept. 11 at 7 p.m.
A beer and wine tasting event will kick off the celebration on Sept. 27 with entertainment by Robin Horlock. The official Harvest Moon Dance, featuring Scoot Magoo, begins at 7 p.m. on Sept. 28, and the family-oriented Harvest Day opens at 9 a.m. on Sept. 29. The event closes with a 6 p.m. Farm to Table Dinner Saturday in Riley Park.

The Harvest Moon Celebration started seven years ago as a one-night dance and has grown in popularity year over year. For more information and a detailed schedule of events, visit the DDA website.
