Botsford Hospital welcomes all to attend its Walk with a Doc on Thursday, July 16, noon to 1 p.m. This FREE community event is led by geriatric medicine specialist Dr. Jennifer Beal, who will discuss how to assure a healthy lifestyle as you age.
Walk with a Doc events are held at the Heritage Park Nature Center in Farmington Hills. The park is on the west side of Farmington Rd., between 10 and 11 Mile Roads. Look for Walk with a Doc dates at noon on the third Thursday of every month through November. Walks held rain or shine. Healthy snacks provided.
