Man Killed In Oakland County Early Morning Motorcycle Crash: Police

The man was not wearing a helmet, according to police.​​

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — A man was found dead early Monday morning in Farmington Hills after he crashed his motorcycle near a park, according to police.

Police said a woman found a crashed motorcycle near the baseball fields of the Founders Sports Park at the intersection of 8 Mile and Metroview roads in Farmington Hills at 5:50 a.m.

The woman then found the man who was riding the motorcycle lying unresponsive near the crash site, according to police.

Officials arrived at the scene and found the man dead, according to police.

Police don't believe any other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Police were still working to determine if drugs, alcohol or speed played a role in the crash.
