Mayfield Street Gas Main Construction To Take Place In Farmington

Mayfield Street Gas Main Construction

Consumers Energy will be conducting gas main construction along Mayfield Street from Slocum to Cloverdale the week of April 20th. The work will take place in the right-of-way on both sides of the street. There are no anticipated impacts to residence gas services or driveways.

This gas main work is necessary to be completed prior to the start of the upcoming Mayfield Street reconstruction project. A public meeting regarding the Mayfield Street reconstruction is scheduled for May 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Location of the meeting is to be determined and will be dependent upon whether the current stay-at-home order is lifted or continued.
