Mayfield Water Main Shutdown In Farmington Monday

Mayfield Watermain Shutdown Monday, June 22

The watermain along Mayfield between Cloverdale and Slocum will be shut down for a short time period on Monday, June 22 in order to install the new watermain connection at Cloverdale as part of the current reconstruction project. Homes along Mayfield, along with a few along Cloverdale, will experience a short water outage during the shutdown.

There is a possibility that some sediment may be stirred up in the existing service when the water is turned back on. If your water is cloudy or there is sediment, you may need to clean your screens at sink faucets, or flush water through a large fixture until it runs clear.
