Mother’s Day Weekend Brunch with Broadway Flair!

Celebrate Mother’s Day early by treating Mom to a Victorian brunch with Broadway musical flair!  The Murphy House Bed & Breakfast and Gallery on the Boulevard hosts a day to celebrate Mom and thank her for all that a Mother does. 

Saturday, May 10, 10:00 a.m. begins with a seated brunch featuring freshly prepared, hearty dishes and drinks (Mimosas and Shirley Temples) served in the traditional setting of the Murphy House Bed & Breakfast.  Mom and her admirers will be serenaded with Broadway standards by noted Pontiac performers including acclaimed tenor Melvin Hardiman, noted singer/actress Elaine Keinert, and baritone Brett Reynolds. 

The celebration continues across the street at the Gallery on the Boulevard from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Music will fill the air as Broadway standards are performed by local artists. Mom and her fans will relax and socialize while they browse the art and vintage item collections  -- and even shop for a unique special Mother’s Day gift.

Shop the Gallery for special Mother’s Day treasures with host Pat David. Refreshments, fun, and local history with Rick David and Nancy Calendine. Live Broadway music with a sing-a-long of songs for Mom and a special toast at 3:00 p.m. along with a drawing for a Gallery Gift Certificate, theater tickets, special, live Mother’s Day plant from Goldner Walsh! Free admission.  No reservations required.
