Oakland County Doctor Sexually Assaults Patient At Home Office: Police

An Oakland County doctor was arrest after police said he sexually assaulted a patient​ at his home office, the prosecutor's office said.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — An Oakland County doctor was arrested after police said he sexually assaulted a patient at his home office in Farmington Hills.

Zvi Levran was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, according to the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.

Levran was placed in the Oakland County Jail with a $100,000 cash bond. If he posts bond, he has to wear a GPS tether. He will also be forced to surrender his driver's license and passport, and he cannot leave the state.

Levran was arrested after a criminal complaint was filed that accused him of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old man during a Tuesday medical exam at his home office in Farmington Hills, officials said.

As a urologist, Levran has provided medical assistance to youth hockey organizations in Michigan and Minnesota for the past 20 years, officials said.

Investigators believe other patients may have had similar experiences with Levran, but have not yet come forward.
