Oakland County HS Teacher Had Sex With Student, Faces Charges: Police
The former Oakland County teacher had a physical sexual relationship with the student that lasted two years, according to police.
HOLLY, MI β A Holly high school teacher is facing charges after police said he had sex with a student 10 years ago.
Brian Charles Pearson, 44, was charged with four counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which is a misdemeanor. His bond was at $5,000 and was scheduled to be back in court Monday.
Police said the teacher approached the high school student in 2012, suggested he tutor her and gave her his cellphone number. After a few months, the text messages and conversations from the teacher "became sexual in nature," police said.
