Sex Offender Charged in Federal Court, Victim Thinks She's Pregnant
Timothy Fulgenzi, 36, was charged with transporting a minor child with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activiity.

A Center Line teenage rescued in Tennessee earlier this week after running away with a registered sex offender thinks she is pregnant by the 36-year-old man, the FBI said Wednesday.
The two were reportedly en route to Florida, where they planned to live as husband and wife, according to a report in The Detroit News.

The suspect, Timothy Fulgenzi, of Farmington Hills, was charged in federal court Wednesday with transporting a minor child with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, a 10-year-felony.

Fulgenzi reportedly began a sexual relationship with the 15-year-old victim, the biological daughter of his girlfriend, five months ago. The teen’s adopted mother and biological great aunt earlier told police she thought Fulgenzi had “brainwashed” her daughter.
FBI agents discovered the teen thinks she is pregnant in a review of text messages on her cellphone. In a reply, Fulgenzi reportedly acknowledged being the father.
