Souptastik Crepes Open on Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills
The business is scheduled to celebrate with a ribbon cutting August 30.

A Farmington Hills restaurant that offers a selection of soups and crepes opened last month in the Tri-Atria strip center on Northwestern Highway in Farmington Hills.
Souptastik Crepes will celebrate a ribbon cutting with the Greater Farmington Area Chamber at noon on Aug. 30. According to a review in The Detroit News, the restaurant offers a menu with a Russian twist.
"Russia-born proprietors Mikhail and Vanda Rybak met and married here. After years of working in other people’s restaurants, they debuted their piece of the American dream just a little more than a month ago," Molly Abraham wrote. She pointed out that the Russian crepes on the menu have much simpler fillings.
The restaurant's Facebook page shows a wide variety of menu item photos, along with a $7.50 lunch special that features French-themed crepe and cup of soup combos.
