Coldwell Banker Brant Agency Joins Forces With Lapeer and Richmond Agency

Coldwell Banker just got bigger and better now that Coldwell Banker Brant Agency of Fenton and Coldwell Banker Professionals of Lapeer and Richmond have joined forces.

The Brant agency name has been changed to Coldwell Banker Professionals.

An open house was held in the Fenton office, at 120 N. Leroy St., on Wednesday, May 11 to celebrate the merger.

Coldwell Banker clients, agents from all three offices, Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce members, and agents from other area real estate firms were invited to share in the celebration. It was the first time Realtors from the Fenton Coldwell Banker Professionals office were able to meet fellow agents from Lapeer and Richmond.

Chris Hendrix is the broker of all three offices, while Ken Brant is the associate broker and business manager for the Fenton Coldwell Banker Professionals office.

The merger provides Coldwell Banker Professionals agents in Fenton with greater tools, more exposure and added resources to serve their valuable real estate clients.
