The Fenton soccer team outshot Lake Fenton 17-2, but squeaked by with a 2-0 victory Tuesday.

Chase Marcola scored off a Logan Bowlby assist and JD Kinsman scored off a free kick from 25 yards out.

Fenton keeper Derek Jenkins earned his fifth shutout of the season. The Tigers are 5-2 overall.

"We worked hard, but couldn’t find the back of the net," said Fenton coach Matt Sullivan.
