
In a fun and highly collaborative environment, we will explore the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. We'll press the "pause button" on our flowing vinyasa practice, and break-down common postures such as standing poses, balance, forward folds, and hip openers. We will take time to experiment with and internalize techniques that will help maximize the weekly classroom experience. You'll leave feeling inspired, and more confident about stepping foot on the mat!
Open to all levels, but some experience with vinyasa-style yoga is recommended.
