Subcommittee to Form to Study Bond Issue, Projects
The Ferndale Board of Education's Operation Committee met Thursday evening to move forward with a subcommittee to study a school bond.

The subcommittee isn't finalized yet. So far, it comprises the entire Operations Committee plus a few people who were in the audience Thursday evening. On this coming Thursday, the committee will meet to discuss further who might want to volunteer to participate.

The bond issue, if pursued, is expected to go toward infrastructure fixes for the various district buildings. The bulk of that would go toward the and buildings.
