Ferris Coffee-Downtown Launches New Beer and Wine Menu

Ferris Coffee - Downtown, a Ferris Coffee & Nut Co. coffee shop, is showcasing a refreshed menu with the introduction of new Happy Hour specials, complete with craft beer and fine wine selections.

In addition to the full coffee and espresso bar that customers enjoy, Ferris Coffee wanted to provide an upscale atmosphere that extended past the “meet for coffee” timeframe with some new food and beverage choices. The new menu will rotate seasonally and is reflective of the passion the Ferris team has for sharing great food and drink.

The current craft beer selection features a variety of West Michigan-based breweries, including Founders Brewing Co., Bell’s Brewery, and Big Lake Brewing. In addition, Ferris’ Head Barista, Dan Shoup, personally curated a phenomenal and diverse wine selection, while Jessica Coles, the Grand Rapids Café Manager, has introduced a selection of new food items, including curated cheese and charcuterie boards and a selection of nuts and mixes roasted fresh at the Ferris Coffee & Nut Co manufacturing facility, located on Seward Ave.

Located at 40 Pearl Street NW in the historical Trust Building, Ferris Coffee - Downtown’s expanded menu of beer, wine, gourmet nuts and charcuterie boards is now available to the public. Its new hours of operations are 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Specials include $2 Founders All Day IPA’s (All Day, Every Day), a Saturday Mimosa Bar and daily happy hour deals.
