Celebrate the 200th Anniversary since the publication of Mansfield Park

Come join us as we celebrate the 200th anniversary of the publication of Jane Austen’s classic, Mansfield Park, on Tuesday, Oct 21 at 7pm. at the Woods Branch of the Grosse Pointe Public Library. Our speaker will be Lisa Maruca, an Associate Professor and Associate Chair of the English Department at Wayne State University. Maruca is the author of A Work of Print: Authorship and the English Text Trades, 1660-1760 (Univ. of Wash., 2007), and teaches courses on Jane Austen, eighteenth-century literature, and the history of the book.
