Why Go: U Store It Trust is holding an auction on Wednesday. Arrive 15 minutes early, at 12:15 p.m., to register. Bidders will bid on the entire contents of the unit, and will have 24 hours to remove all items. Cabinets, household items, treadmill, a luggage set, kitchen set, and more will be sold. Where/When: 21200 Raymond, St. Clair Shores; 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 14-17.
Why Go: Shop the belongings of several families at this sale, from masonry tools, a kitchen table and chairs, baskets, dolls, women's clothing and more. 

Where/When: , 24301 Greater Mack Ave., St. Clair Shores; 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 15 and 16, and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 17.
Why Go: St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church will hold its annual rummage and bake sale fundraiser. Shop for bargains, baked goodies, and if you're extra hungry, Greek chicken soup will be for sale. No admission will be charged; strollers are permitted.

Why Go: St. Paul is holding its rummage sale this weekend. Shop early on Friday when there will be the most items, or shop Saturday when it's half-price day with added bargains. There is no admission.

Why Go: A two-garage sale is being held on this Jewell Street address.
